Chinmaya Mission Visakhapatnam has taken a revolutionary step to bridge this gap through its Value-Based Classes, ensuring that children and young adults not only learn Ethics, Morals, and Values but also integrate them into their daily lives with ease.
The Urgent Need for Value-Based Education
Government studies highlight alarming socio-economic challenges in these underserved regions:
🔹 Lack of discipline which impacts learning inspite of we providing free additional Learning classes.
🔹 Limited moral and ethical guidance, impacting decision-making and character development.
🔹 Increased exposure to social inequalities, early marriages, and child labour.
🔹 Growing concern of substance abuse, requiring targeted Drug Demand Reduction efforts.
🔹 High dropout rates due to financial constraints.
🔹 Continued poverty cycles due to a lack of employment skills.
Recognizing these pressing issues, Chinmaya Mission Visakhapatnam has developed a holistic value-based curriculum to foster confidence, ethical leadership, and community responsibility among children and young adults.
