•   High Women Unemployment Rates – 50% of young women in rural India remain unemployed due to a lack of vocational training. (PLFS 2022 Report)
•  Rising Demand for Home Nurses – With India’s elderly population set to reach 319 million by 2050, trained caregivers are in high demand. (WHO & Government of India Reports)
